Stock valuation calculator.
What a stock is worth, nine ways: discounted cash flow, reverse DCF, earnings power, dividends, residual income, historical multiples, Graham and Lynch, blended into one fair value with your margin of safety. Numbers come straight from SEC filings.
How it works
Financial statements come from the company’s own 10-K and 10-Q filings through the SEC’s EDGAR XBRL API, with trailing-twelve-month figures built from the latest quarter. The risk-free rate is the latest 10-year Treasury yield and Graham’s bond yield is Moody’s Aaa corporate yield, both from FRED. Every assumption starts from those numbers and can be changed.
Works for US companies that file with the SEC in US GAAP. Banks and insurers are valued on book value, dividends and earnings, since cash flow models don’t fit them. This is a calculator, not investment advice: a valuation is only as good as the assumptions in it.
